I take a client-centered approach, working closely with my clients to understand their goals and create a personalized treatment plan. My Theoretical style is quite varied as I incorporate elements from different therapeutic styles such as CBT Techniques, narrative therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and solution-focused therapy.

In essence, I see our therapy sessions as akin to solving a puzzle, gathering various pieces to determine how to facilitate healing, improve relationships, overcome personal obstacles, and achieve goals and aspirations.
